I prefer verbal feedback so that I have the opportunity to have an open conversation about it. I appreciate sincerity and candidness when someone is giving me feedback. For quick notes, I do not mind receiving it written via Slack, email, or text.
WORKING STYLE:
I am comfortable taking the lead on any given assignment, moving it forward, and asking questions when needed. While I stay focused to get the job done, I can pivot quickly when priorities shift. I do not mind working alone, in teams, or on video calls.
