Help Us Ensure A Successful Match
Communication
Access to you is key to your EA's success, especially as they're getting to know you and your workflow. Showing up to check-ins and dedicating time to them in the first 30 days is very important. Responding to communications in a timely fashion will also help your EA help you take your work to the next level. We recommend weekly check-ins and quarterly step-backs to ensure progress toward goals.
Partnership
EAs are professionals who thrive as strategic partners to executive leaders like you. We offer respect and camaraderie, and ask for the same in return.
Be ready to share access to important tools and your personal/professional goals/milestones for the next quarter/year. The more you share, the more consultative and proactive your EA can be.
Expectations
We expect clarity and context about tasks, turnaround times and goals. For example, when requesting that your EA schedule a meeting, do your best to clarify meeting purpose, length, attendees (optional + required), and timeline (e.g. land before EOY).
Feedback
We strongly believe in bi-directional feedback, and encourage you and your EA to give and receive positive and constructive feedback regularly. This is how we continue to learn and grow to ensure the best possible client/EA partnership.

01. Who will I work with?
As a client, you are matched with a 33Vincent Executive Assistant to make your life easier. This person caters to your unique needs, based on consultative discussions, and taps into our broader community’s skills and knowledge to get the job done well.
02. How do you match me with my EA?
Our process is consultative and unique to you, the client. We dig into what you need help with, brainstorm ideas of how we can support you, then play matchmaker to pair you with the Executive Assistant with the best skill set, experience, availability, time zone, etc
03. What types of tasks can my EA do for me?
We are a 100% virtual team that offers custom services and supports needs that fall under these categories: email management, travel planning, process management, CRM support, and project & event management, and calendar management.
04. What types of tasks are off-limits for my EA?
There are primarily four tasks that we cannot provide our clients: Sales (direct sales emails, cold calls, etc.), fundraising management (coordination, logistics, and CRM are okay!), design (this should be outsourced), accounting or anything requiring a professional license (this should be outsourced).
05. Where do your Executive Assistants live and work?
We are a 100% virtual company. Our U.S.-based team works remotely, from coast to coast.
06. Will my EA be able to meet in person?
While our Executive Assistants are not required to travel at any point, many are willing and eager to meet clients face-to-face as well as assist with in-person events. Clients are responsible for covering the costs of travel (transportation, food, lodging, etc.) and the EA’s time spent in-person. Please let us know if this is something you are looking for with your Executive Assistant, and we can provide additional details and best practices.
07. How many hours can I get an EA for?
Our support packages start 10 hours/week, and increase from there.
