BIO:
Hi, I’m Savanna! I recently graduated college Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in musical theatre. I often think of being an actor as running your own small business, but the catch is…you fill all the positions by yourself! I’ve spent the last 4 years learning how to be my own CEO, manager, agent, employee, saleswoman, receptionist, janitor-you name it- in order to jumpstart a successful career, and now I’m here to put many of those expert communication, organization, critical thinking, and advocating skills to good use for others. Outside of color-coding my planner on the daily, I love performing on stage, spending time with loved ones, going to the movies, and traveling.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
While this is the first time I’ve held an EA position, I am no stranger to the type of projects related to the job. In college I served as Vice President of my theatre fraternity and was in charge of organizing various fundraisers, cabarets, and philanthropy events. I’ve also overseen many creative projects as a coordinator in charge of scheduling activities, communicating between parties, and advocating for various clients.
HOW I COMMUNICATE:
I favor receiving written messages with tasks rather than calls, that way I can process information and then discuss if need be. Email will be a great way to reach me, but I am open to texting as well for more time sensitive/urgent matters. I like touching base frequently, but I don’t anticipate needing to ask constant questions or clarifications.
HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:
Written feedback is my preferred method. I like direct communication, but not blunt. I am very eager to provide my clients with the best assistance possible, so I welcome all glows and grows that they feel inclined to share with me!
WORKING STYLE:
I would describe myself as an independent worker. I love to receive all information whenever it is available, and I have my own tried-and-true methods of organization and prioritizing. I am comfortable with frequent communication, but I will only ask for assistance after trying to solve issues on my own. I would also describe myself as checklist oriented; I can finish any big picture project as long as it is broken down into smaller steps. I work well in groups, but prefer working mostly on my own, and I would consider myself a very balanced blend of logical and compassionately minded.
PERSONALITY STYLE:
Yes! I am an enneagram 9w1, and I have done of research about the enneagram test, so I am quite in-touch with what this means.
Meyers-Briggs: INFJ
SOCIAL IDENTITIES:
I am very proud of being a woman and love being a part of communities where women empower other women!
I also have an auto-immune disorder and am very adamant about creating healthy environments for everyone.
