BIO:
I have worked in executive support roles in legal environments with particular interest and expertise in energy policy and regulatory topics. I have used different racking software and databases (CRM) for project management and customer service requests. My education and professional experience gave me advanced research, writing, and editing skills for office templates, minutes, media work, and technical office documents. I hold a B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from the Lewis & Clark College of Law. Outside of work I enjoy non-fiction reading, running, and following sports.
EXPERIENCE:
I worked in executive support roles in the public and private sector for five years handling database management, scheduling, media relations, customer service, and policy analysis projects. I attended law school to enhance my research and writing skills. My other work includes technical writing compliance work and public relations.
HOW I COMMUNICATE:
I am an active listener who writes everything down for confirmation. I tend to ask a lot of detailed follow up clarifying questions. Templates and summary notes are helpful for me in tracking work objectives.
HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:
I prefer to receive feedback as quickly and directly as possible so I can incorporate the relevant quality improvements right away. Template examples of best practices and preferences are welcome and encouraged.
WORKING STYLE:
I am a dedicated problem solver who operates efficiently in an autonomous capacity with clear directions to meet established expectations. I like taking summary notes to ensure all relevant information is captured and preserved. I use checklists and agendas to direct workflow priorities.
