WORKING HOURS:

I pride myself in being highly flexible but in general you can expect me to be available from 10am until 6:30pm. If there is a specific task that needs to be done earlier or on a weekend I will be able to do it as long as enough notice is given prior. In some cases even for my other job I will work late into the evening to ensure certain tasks are completed so these times are not set in stone but are generally where I find myself to be the most focused and productive.

EXPERTISE:

I’m a generalist since I have a background in multiple areas. I was a legal assistant, English teacher, document translator, and leads generator. I value continued learning.

  • File management

  • Calendaring

  • Market research

  • Lead generation

  • Flight planning (finding the good deals)

BIO:

I consider myself a very personable individual in professional settings and see good communication as a key to success for whoever I work for. I have experience dealing with clients in divorce and domestic violence cases as well as the attorneys representing them who all had very different workstyles and preferences. I try my best to cater to how people work and observe their habits, both good and bad, to implement methods that work best for them to accomplish their goals.

I am very experienced in document indexing and file organization for complex cases handling sensitive information. My experience in the legal field also required me to be an expert with a calendar.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Legal Assistant / Document Clerk / Personal Assistant to the Honorary Brazilian Consul of Seattle

HOW I COMMUNICATE:

Written instructions are best but if we are communicating verbally I will most likely be taking notes and send an email of what was discussed just to be sure there’s no confusion on either end. Having lived and worked in South America I’ve grown to be very responsive to Whatsapp messages and that is probably the best and quickest way to communicate with me at any time of day.

HOW I PREFER TO RECEVIE FEEDBACK:

Glow and grows are great!

WORKING STYLE:

In my other current role I am essentially autonomous in my work and had to figure out my own strategies and methods in researching leads. So it can be said that I can be very independent and self sufficient in my work. However, with my cohorts I never shy away from asking questions when needed especially if I’m tasked with a project in which I have little familiarity. I think there will be much more communication in this role especially in the beginning to establish what a client’s preferences and goals are.
