BIO:

While serving as the Director of Advancement at a private school, I was able to grow my skills in a number of areas. I oversaw fundraising, enrollment, records, social media, event planning and also supported our head of school. This balancing act of roles and skills allowed me to be able to take on a variety roles and learn to be adaptable and flexible, as well as learn on the job. I love jumping in and improving the systems and routines of any position and maximizing efficiency while wowing my clients. I am dependable, efficient, flexible and assertive, allowing me to be a great partner for my clients.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

I have served in administrative positions for over 10 years, transitioning to full time EA work within in the last year. I have worked in education, religious organizations, non-profits, fundraising and event planning, just to name a few areas.

I prefer to get a clear vision for projects and then hit the ground running, circling back to get clarity and direction as I get deeper into the project. Open communication is very important.
