BIO:

I am a dedicated worker experienced in event planning and networking. With my previous work experience in campus ministry, I maintained a base of 375+ financial partners and volunteers and I helped grow student engagement through interest surveys, social media promotion, and planning on-campus events.

One of my favorite experiences was orchestrating a student-leadership trip to Cyprus. I set out the flight plans, housing, and correspondence with in-country partnerships. I am people-oriented, self-motivated, and love an organized calendar.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

The past four years I have worked to build up student leaders on various college campuses and this entailed extensive administrative responsibilities. I met and maintained funding goals using fundraising software, scheduled and held face-to-face meetings with partners, sent out monthly newsletters, and personally called referrals.

For our events to run smoothly, I helped manage our company calendar, organized student information, and promptly corresponded with local and international partners.

HOW I COMMUNICATE:

I like to externally process and talk through tasks and end goals of projects before starting. I believe it is better to over-communicate rather than under-communicate and ask questions to receive clarity. I also like having the details in writing. I enjoy getting to know my clients personally as I serve them professionally.

HOW I PREFER TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK:

I prefer to receive feedback personally over Zoom or a phone call. I appreciate "glows" and "grows" and having the ability to discuss them. These give me concrete ways I can serve my clients better. I also appreciate specific examples when available.
